HOW TO FIND US

We are located in Palmilla, 8 km south of Mariato, on the west coast of the Azuero peninsula and along the road to Cerro Hoya.

By car:
• Take the Atalaya turn off (to the south) from the Interamericana, which is about 4 km east of Santiago. From here it takes just over an hour to reach us.
• Another 4 km down this road, take a right turn at Mini Super El Cruce (the fuel station just before El Cruce is the last reliable source of fuel); this turn off is signposted with a small blue playa (beach) sign.
• Follow this road for 25 km. Where the road forks, follow the right fork to Mariato.
• When, after another 30 km, you reach Mariato, keep following the road in the direction of Cerro Hoya and Torio.
• After about 8 km, in Palmilla, you will see our sign on your right.
• If you pass a metal bridge than you have gone about 500 m too far!

By Public Transport:
• If in Panama city, take a taxi or bus to Albrook terminal where buses for Santiago leave every half hour (Expreso Veraguense or Sanpasa, $7.50). These buses stop at the Santiago bus terminal and take about 3 hours.
• Buses from Paso Canoa and David leave every two hours towards Panama and stop in Santiago at Piramidal along the Interamericana (also about 3 hours). From the Piramidal you can take a taxi to the Santiago bus terminal (about $1).
• From the Santiago bus terminal take a minibus that goes to Mariato/Torio . Minibuses leave Santiago about every hour from 6 am to 5 pm, and take about 1.5 hours to Palmilla. Get out at Tanager Tourism, in Palmilla at the house of the Holandeses (gringos). You pay $3.00 as you get off the bus.
